We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR).The ideal candidate will have amazing customer service skills, love to help others and be able to give a great first impression to serve as the first point of contact for customers calling us for their plumbing, heating and air conditioning service needs.

Schedule:8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to actively participate in training seminars and classes
Ability to follow written & verbal instructions precisely
Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting, and human resource practices
Proficient Computer skills with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Desirable Qualifications:
Proficiency in Service Titan
Associates Degree in Business
Previous experience in the home service business environment
