Are you a motivated & experienced Customer Service Representative who is looking for a change?  Royal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a talented individual to join our team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience to each and every one of our customers.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR).  The ideal candidate will have amazing customer service skills, love to help others and be able to give a great first impression to serve as the first point of contact for customers calling us for their plumbing, heating and air conditioning service needs.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willingness to actively participate in training seminars and classes
  • Ability to follow written & verbal instructions precisely
  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting, and human resource practices
  • Proficient Computer skills with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Service Titan
  • Associates Degree in Business
  • Previous experience in the home service business environment

Job Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Make outgoing phone calls
  • Create work orders
  • File invoices and other documents
  • Monitor technicians on their routes
  • Answer customer questions
  • Maintain customer files
  • Customer complaints and corrective actions
  • Follow-up calls/reviews
