They kept me updated the whole time, sent texts along the way, and explained what they were seeing without overcomplicating things. They checked everything thoroughly — flue, attic, roof — and made sure there was no actual blockage or nesting. Turns out it was likely coming from the intake, and they took care of it by installing a proper wind cap so it doesn't happen again. What I really appreciated was how they didn't jump to conclusions or try to upsell anything. Just focused on solving the problem the right way. You can tell they know what they're doing.
