Could not believe how fast Ty came out to help fix the problem. We called on a Saturday evening and he was out to the house within an hour. Exceptionally professional. He even cleaned up some areas that he could have charged us for and did not. I received this recommendation from another HVAC technician who doesn't service my area, and I am so thrilled. I will use them again.

They came to fix our ac that went out during 100 degree heat. Turned out our ac couldn't be fixed. They quickly hooked us up with a great deal on a new more energy efficient unit. The next day Dustin and Trevor came to our house to install it. They worked very hard in the crawl space under the house to put in a new return for us. I would definitely recommend Dustin and Trevor, they did a great job for us and were very respectful.(They even provided us with a portable ac unit to use over night while we were without air conditioning. )

Ty let me know when he was a few minutes out and arrived on time. He inspected the furnace and water heater and recommended a replacement of both units. They are extremely old and in my elderly mother's home so we are having them provide estimates for replacement of these units. Ty was great and very honest about the condition of things. He is easy to talk with and very open about the situation.
