My furnace stopped working so I called Royal. They sent Rodolfo and he was great! He fixed the problem and noticed other things that weren't up to code. I just bought this new house in the fall and the manager said it passed inspection. I'm not sure how! Rodolfo was friendly, professional and educated. He knew exactly what he was doing. I will be requesting Rodolfo as my only tech!
