Now I don't typically write reviews unless the place leaves an astounding impression on me. I hold you take the time to read this if you are considering these guys.
My AC went out on July 3rd. We called and booked a diagnostic appointment at 9am. These guys had me in a cold house by 5pm. They were literally SPRINTING through my house and yard to get this unit installed in my house. Their prices are beyond fair and reasonable and they had the best diagnosis quote charge to come to the property. I will forever stand behind these guys in any way I can. Absolutely amazing people and great company. Not to mention the owner actually helped his guys and was running around and installing with the guys. Absolutely amazing to work with such a humble business. 10/10 if there was a 6 star option I would take that
My old A/C unit was going out so I scheduled a few different businesses to provide quotes. I decided to go with Royal mostly because of price. I also like that they are a local business. Taylor came out for the quote but understood I was still deciding on what company to use and did not pressure me. As soon as I decided, he got the install scheduled quickly. Devin and Trevor were nice, did what appears to be a good job on the install, explained everything to me, and cleaned up,
June 26 Ty came to service Air conditioner. Have only had less than 2 years. He found a wire from manufacturer that had pulled out of its socket. Made unit not turn on. TY WAS very kind and efficient. Found the problem right away. He also showed that he is willing to make known some concerns I have to people who are willing to work with me to finish a reconstruction project. I very much appreciate his thoughtfulness.
Rodolfo did a very professional job today went up and Beyond, the Call of Duty as they say was very professional and very courteous.
Ty and Rick were great today. Rick gave estimates of all the work we wanted done and answered all our questions throughly. Ty was efficient with the work we had completed today. We signed up for a monthly service and are looking forward to working with Royal Plumbing to keep things running smoothly.

These guys will have my business for life. My dear father in law passed away last week suddenly at age 62. In the midst of our grief, two days later, our AC gave up the ghost leaving our family (toddler and baby included) in 90 degree heat in our bedrooms.
So now in the midst of our grieving I'm having to cart a baby and toddler over to a relative's house because it's so hot in ours. ????
I contacted Royal Total Home Services at 10:00 at night and they had someone come out early the next morning and do an eval of our setup. Our air conditioning and furnace needed to be replaced, both being 20 years old and problematic. The techs were thorough, kind, and very very knowledgeable.
They said they were fairly full but could squeeze us in near the end of the week. I said I would have to make some calls because we had the viewing and funeral at the end of the week, so I needed to find someone to be at the house to let them in while we were at the funeral.
I got a call early the next morning saying they had "moved some things around" and could have their install team do it that day. Incredible. They show up, and come to find out, the OWNER OF THE COMPANY found out about our family being displaced during our grief and CAME HIMSELF to install our new system so we could all sleep in our own beds. It literally brought me to tears!! That act of kindness was SO SO needed.
That's not all! We come home and our AC is running fantastic, we go to the funeral Friday and come home to a beautiful floral arrangement on our porch from Royal with a sweet card.
CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! I can't tell you how much this company made our day turn around with that kindness.
Very knowledgeable, quick and efficient and cleaned up and put everything back where he found it.
