Ty was my Service Tech for my A/C tune up today. He did a fantastic job! He recommended a couple of items today to make my system run cleaner and pointed out some items to watch in the future for possible replacement. No pressure, just recommendations which I appreciated. The install went great but the crew was even better. They were friendly, professional and patient (I had loads of questions). The Royal team was able to quickly get our HVAC system replaced the day after I initiated a call with them. We are so happy to be cool again!
Knowing I was going to have to put out a lot of money to replace my AC and furnace was very stressful. I was so grateful to have a Royal representative (Landon) come into my home and be honest and show empathy for me and our situation. They had another finance representative come 2 hours later to explain our options. He wasn't trying to make the sale he was trying to help. Then to have Devin and Trevor come the very next day and work so hard to install everything was amazing. They were so kind and respectful of my home and time. I would recommend the Royal Total Home Service to anyone.

We had a safety inspection done, I was having to facilitate it since my dad and brother were unavailable. Roldolfo was conducting the inspection, he was very polite and respectful.
