Great experience all in all the estimate and install. Everyone was very nice and understanding.
James was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He identified prospective problems and solutions. I thought he was fair and reasonable. The A/C unit is old and needs to be replaced. I hired Royal to replace it.
