We had Royal out to service our water heater and furnace as part of our membership. We are new home owners and are not sure last time our items were serviced previously. Rodolfo our service tech did a great job at communicating when he would arrive and giving us options on findings from our appointment as well as being very friendly.

Rang the Ring doorbell to let us know he had arrived and i was able to let know that i was on my way back home. He introduced himself and let us know what he would be working on. Servesing the furnace and flushing the water heater as per our service agreement. He let us know it would roughly take about an hour. He did a great job.
