I recently had to replace my water heater and reached out to Chris Toone at Royal Total Home Services. I texted very early and Chris responded immediately, had a technician out the same day, and the unit was replaced the very next day while working around my crazy schedule.
Chris did an excellent job walking me through my options, clearly explaining the process, pricing, and what maintenance looks like moving forward. No pressure, no confusion, just straight answers and solid guidance.
The technician, Kru, was professional, respectful of my home, and did really great work. And the part that really stood out? Chris personally stopped by the job to check in on things including making sure my dogs were okay. That level of care says a lot about how Chris treats his clients.
