Nice guy. Both of the workers were. He was very hard working for a straight 11 hours!! And he was really easy to work with. And NATHAN (your Area Manager) IS ???? !!! He replaced a non-working Control Board today, 9-25-23. He really knows his job!!! You have a professional Royal crew to be proud of. I highly recommend your company!!
James was here today Jan 7, 2026, along with Arturo. I especially asked for James so was really glad to welcome him (& Arturo). They did a thorough servicing of my furnace & humidifier, changed my filter & gave me suggestions I could have done. But I won't do. James even noticed a pipe connected to the cold water instead of hot water pipe. That took an extra hour to cut & connect properly. Once again, James proved to be an absolute professional, even going above & beyond, climbing in & out & behind tight places & making sure everything was right. They were here 2 hours. If I stay with Royal, I want no other lead pro. James is the best installer/repairman Royal has. 5*****. This was is good way to start the year. And there was no charge for this service. I could not be happier. I sent them off with cherry chocolates & they had big smiles!
Ty was an excellent service man. Kept me in the know while doing a thorough inspection on my furnace and humidifier system. He was very courteous and professional. The response time was incredible. Thanks Royal!

Royal has earned my loyalty, I won't ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs.
My house flooded on a random evening in June, and I had no idea why. I called Royal (after business hours) and they came over immediately, in less than an hour. They brought a shopvac and helped me clean up all the water from the flood that night, and they were back the next day to identify the cause of the flood and get it fixed (my downstairs toilet had a large clog which caused it to erupt and flood my entire downstairs).
The owner himself, Phil, personally came over to make sure everything was fixed correctly, and took extra time to stay and educate me on how to help prevent plumbing issues in the future. He recommended I get a water filtration system installed, which I did; he taught me how to clean the disposal in my kitchen sink, taught me about the fill valves in my toilets, showed me how to clean the filter in my dishwasher, checked and adjusted my water pressure to make sure everything looked good, and he did all of this for no extra charge other than just the cost of the water filtration system. He even threw in free HVAC servicing for a year.
I learned so much from Phil, and I'm happy this issue was able to be resolved as painlessly as it was. Hopefully I won't have a flood again after everything I've learned about plumbing, but if I ever do, Royal will definitely be the first place I call, and they will also be the only ones I call for any plumbing issues going forward.
Phil and the team at Royal are clearly here to help people and earn their long-term loyalty. They are a fantastic example of how you get and KEEP people's business.
