The customer service was great Arturo came on time and got it done quickly . Will definitely recommend to family and friends .
Art did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. His workmanship was top notch, and he communicated clearly throughout the process. If you're looking for a reliable plumber who takes pride in his work, I highly recommend him!
Rodolfo came out and fixed our AC on the day it went out. He did an excellent job. So grateful for his work.
Art did a great job, the new toilet works perfectly. He had a ready smile and answered all of my questions.
Ty was my Service Tech for my A/C tune up today. He did a fantastic job! He recommended a couple of items today to make my system run cleaner and pointed out some items to watch in the future for possible replacement. No pressure, just recommendations which I appreciated. Definitely 5 star experience. Thank you Ty and Royal.
We received great service from this company. They arrived on time, were careful with protecting our home, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Highly recommend.
Andrew did a beautiful tiled curbless shower for me on a parade home.
Rodolfo did great job, we are very happy with the service!
The install went great but the crew was even better. They were friendly, professional and patient (I had loads of questions). The Royal team was able to quickly get our HVAC system replaced the day after I initiated a call with them. We are so happy to be cool again!
Knowing I was going to have to put out a lot of money to replace my AC and furnace was very stressful. I was so grateful to have a Royal representative (Landon) come into my home and be honest and show empathy for me and our situation. They had another finance representative come 2 hours later to explain our options. He wasn't trying to make the sale he was trying to help. Then to have Devin and Trevor come the very next day and work so hard to install everything was amazing. They were so kind and respectful of my home and time. I would recommend the Royal Total Home Service to anyone.
