Owner
Kris is the owner of Royal and founded the company in 2016. He brings over 18 years of experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems and remains very involved in daily operations. Kris is passionate about delivering quality work and building lasting relationships with customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking Razor rides in the sand dunes whenever he gets the chance.
Scott A.
Operations Manager
"Scott brings over 30 years of experience in management and human resources to the Royal team. He is passionate about supporting people and helping build a strong, positive workplace culture. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, hunting, and exploring new places. He also loves traveling and has visited destinations such as Japan, Italy, Greece, Alaska, and the Eastern Caribbean. He looks forward to visiting Iceland, Scotland, and Ireland in the future."
Phillip G.
Plumbing Manager
Phil is Royal’s Plumbing Manager and a familiar face in many of our commercials and ads. With nearly 30 years of industry experience and three years at Royal, he plays a key role in leading and mentoring the plumbing team. His favorite part of the job is helping people grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Phil enjoys camping, biking, and spending quality time with his family. Fun fact, despite his fearless work ethic, Phil is secretly scared of mice.
Landon T.
Maintenance & Service Technician
Landon is a Maintenance and Service Technician at Royal and has been with the company for over three years. He is always smiling and brings a positive attitude to the team. In his free time, he enjoys reading and spending time with his dogs, and his favorite place to eat is Slackwater.
Kru G.
Plumbing Installer
Kru is one of our Plumbing Installers and has been with Royal for almost four years. He is a valued part of the team and we love having him at Royal. His favorite place to eat is Road House Grill in Park City, Utah, and his dream vacation is to visit Paris, France.

Plumbing Technician
Jonah works as a Plumbing Technician and our Drain Cleaning Specialist and has been with Royal for four years with five years of relevant experience. In his free time, he enjoys working on projects and spending time with his wife. His favorite place to eat is Pho 33, and we love having him as part of the Royal team.

Lead HVAC Installer
James is one of our Lead HVAC Installers and has been with Royal for three years with eight years of relevant experience. His favorite snack is ice cream, and his dream vacation is a Coco Cay cruise in the Bahamas. We are grateful to have his skill and dedication on the Royal team.

General Manager
Jeremy is the General Manager at Royal and has been with the company for about four years with over twenty years of relevant experience. He loves problem solving and helping the team succeed. His favorite place to eat is Olive Garden, and we appreciate the leadership and dedication he brings to Royal.

HVAC Installer
Devin works as an HVAC Installer and has been with Royal for two years. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing and hunting, and his favorite snack is Reese’s Pieces. We are glad to have Devin as part of the Royal team.

Corbin is one of Royal’s HVAC Installation Apprentices and has been with the company for about four years. His favorite part of the job is experiencing something new each day. His favorite place to eat is Tona Sushi, and we are happy to have Corbin on the Royal team

Lead HVAC Installer
Bryton is one of Royal’s Lead HVAC Installers and Boiler Technicians and has been with the company for five years with five years of relevant experience. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, Razor riding, and eating at his favorite spot, Burger Bar. He was named Royal’s Employee of the Year, and we love having him on the team.

Plumbing Service Technician
Colton works as a Plumbing Service Technician at Royal and has been with the company for over two years with fifteen years of relevant experience. He has experience in commercial, residential, maintenance, and service plumbing. When he is not working, Colton enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as hunting, fishing, and camping. We love having Colton on the Royal team.

Jacob is Royal’s HVAC Manager and brings eleven years of experience installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems. He has been with Royal for ten years and is a respected leader on the team. HVAC Project Manager
Taylor has been a dedicated member of the Royal Total Home Services team for three years and has helped hundreds of customers feel safe and comfortable in their homes. He takes pride in delivering quality service and creating solutions that truly make a difference. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys golfing, riding his dirt bike, and spending time with his wife and two kids.

HVAC Project Manager
Geoff is one of the newest members of the Royal team and brings 25 years of industry experience. He is married with two sons and a daughter, and his two oldest children are also part of the Royal family. Outside of work, Geoff enjoys live music, attending concerts, spending time outdoors, and reading. His strong sense of community and welcoming personality make him a perfect fit for Royal, and we are grateful to have him on the team.

Chloe is one of Royal’s CSR Dispatchers and has been with the company for about two years with twelve years of relevant experience. Fun fact: Chris has performed the national anthem for the Utah Jazz on multiple occasions, as well as at several Olympic events.
