Rodolfo was honest fast and fixed our air conditioner so quick. He found the problem right away, showed us what was wrong, and then told us how he would fix it. He double checked everything upgraded the panel so the airflow was better. Another person quoted 1200.00 for things that didn't need fixed. He had it done and ready so quickly. He was personable and honest, which was so refreshing. Will be calling him again if we have problems.

We've had Royal help us twice now and they were fantastic! Jadyn helped us when we had a plumbing leak. He was so knowledgeable and I appreciated him explaining the problem and solution options to me. They came back again when our water heater went out. Kru installed our new water heater and was great. When I was nervous there might be a strange smell after installation they drove all the way back after business hours (1 hr drive) to double check everything. Nothing was wrong but they were so kind and caring about it! They gave me peace of mind and didn't make me feel bad at all for the false alarm. I was so impressed with the customer service and all the employees we've worked with!
