These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Royal Total Home Services website (www.royalserviceut.com) and our plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Our Services
Royal Total Home Services provides residential plumbing, HVAC, heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services in Ogden, the Salt Lake Valley, and surrounding communities in Utah and Wyoming, including emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer and gas line work, water heaters, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ductless systems. We also offer maintenance plan memberships. Service availability may vary by location and season.
Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site evaluation. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions found on site differ materially from what was described or initially observed. Promotions and coupons are subject to their stated terms and restrictions. Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, or text message.
Text Messaging Consent
When you contact us, you may choose to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from us about your inquiry, estimates, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, dispatch updates, and service follow-ups.
- Consent is voluntary. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to accept these Terms.
