Jonah was great! Very personable and friendly, he called in a senior manager when things got technical which I appreciated instead of what some techs do, which is sort of stumble and fake their way through.
Typically, I won't leave reviews because I think consumers are forced to leave stellar reviews when they're not warranted. This was a delightful exception for me. James was professional, helpful, thoughtful - and left my home pristine in every area that he worked. Kudos, James.
