Kru, was nice and respectful. He explained what he was going to do and answered our questions. When the water wouldn't shut off he called for help and suggestions so that the job was done right. I'm very grateful for his manager that came over to help. He was just as helpful and respectful. Thank you for all the work done well.

We were out of the country on vacation when our house sitter let us know that our water heater had gone out. We were able to diagnose that it needed some repair, while our kids and sitter were still living there. We reached out to Royal Plumbing and Kris immediately went to our home and got the water heater operating for our kids until he could get the replacement parts. He was able to get the parts under warranty and replace everything quickly. Very grateful for the help and service provided!
I recently had a new furnace and A/C installed by Bryton along with his coworkers Devin and Corbin. They did a stellar job and were all prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the products, rebates, maintenance, and everything I asked. I've had nothing but good experiences with Royal and their staff.
