I had the unfortunate experience of waking up to my house being 85 degrees and my AC unit not working. I called around to four companies to get a tech out to my place to get my issue resolved.
Tyler was quick to get back to me and was able to get to my house within 2 hours. Tyler's service was professional and he was very courteous during his assessments and was honest in helping me understand the condition of both my Furnace/Blower system and my AC unit. I am grateful to Royal Plumbing, Heating and Air for having my issue resolved within 4 hours of discovering it. Amazing job!
Tyler came out within an hour of our call since our AC stopped working and it was 90 degrees in our house. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and he even sprayed our wasps nest! I would give him 10 stars if I could.
We swapped our ancient furnace and AC for a heat pump. James and Nate were very professional, answered all our questions, and did topnotch work (thank you!!). We're enjoying having a cooler house, and are glad for the added bonus of Royal processing all the rebates. All in all, the process was smooth. I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely the best in Davis County. The systems are high quality, best warranty and fantastic customer service. I had a fast response on a warranty item. Without difficulties it was replaced with the newest equipment.
The technician named Landon came to my house today due to some issues I was having with the AC system. He did preliminary checks. He explained everything to me. We talked about a service plan, which I actually bought and he is probably one of the best technicians I've ever had Come to my house and do work. I would highly suggest heating and plumbing and specifically Landon for new needs

Jacob Rees and Landon were amazing! They tuned our AC and cleaned it for us, and took care of our water heater too! We were their last customer for the day, but you would never know it because they were so kind and friendly! Very knowledgeable too! Thank you for the excellent customer service!
