It worked out that they were able to come same day to get our water heater fixed as needed, and Jonah was awesome!! Can't recommend them enough!

Colton was AMAZING! Royal Plumbing, in general, has been amazing to work with. I had no plumbing issues but decided to have my whole home taken to pex, and the company I hired did a horrible job. I developed leaks in the walls of every single room with water. And thus mold. I've had to go through mitigation, demo, and now am rebuilding… completely renovating every room with water as floors, walls, cabinets, everything needed to be ripped out and redone. My whole system had to be overhauled, and we are still finding quirky things the original company did. It's wildly frustrating and I don't know what I would've done without Royal's help (referred to me by my general contractor who LOVES them). Well, I found another leak and Colton came right out to get me squared away. It was my pressure valve malfunctioning, and to replace it was an additional $1100 (I've had to drop near $100,000 to fix things so far so discovering another grand in repairs was so disheartening), I authorized it, he had it done in minutes, and was able to give me a $600 discount!!! Seriously… don't look further for a great job, done at a fair price (if not AWESOME price), by knowledgeable and kind people, in a timely manner, with great communication. Life savers!!
