I am very impressed with Royal, our home warranty company sent Brady out to take a look at our water heater. Not only was he right on time, he was very kind and knowledgeable. He concluded that we need a new water and had Nate out to replace it in less than an hour! Nate was very nice as well, did great work and was super nice and considerate! would highly recommend Royal to anyone in the need of exceptional services that they provide. ** Edit* it has been 7 years sense I wrote this first review and we have not used another company sense. We have had Royal come and install a air conditioner on our old house and now on our new house, along with a whole house humidifier, and water softener they have serviced both our plumbing and HVAC systems annually, along with helping my mom with a new furnace AND water heater. and my cousin with their sever heating and plumbing needs. The Royal guys have became more like family! Jake, Nate, Brian, Colten, Bryton, Taylor and all the other guys at Royal thank you all for taking such good care of our family!

I am EXTREMELY impressed with this company. We were in need of a new air conditioner and furnace. From the beginning to the end, they were COMPLETELY professional. We actually got to meet one of the owners of the company. His name was Kris, he was great at explaining everything we needed to know. We had the pleasure of having Bryton, and Kaiden do our installation. They did such a great job! They were efficient, and walked us through everything. Thank you so much!
