Rang the Ring doorbell to let us know he had arrived and i was able to let know that i was on my way back home. He introduced himself and let us know what he would be working on. Servesing the furnace and flushing the water heater as per our service agreement. He let us know it would roughly take about an hour. He did a great job.

About two weeks Landon from royal heating repaired my furnace since then the furnace sorted worked off and on, so I called royal heating back, and told them the problem they immediately sent Landon back to see what was the problem, he immediately notified that a wire wasn't connected and connected the wire, that fixed the problem! NO CHARGE! Landon did a great job at figuring out our furnace issues. Hope I get him next time! Thank you Royal being so honest! It's refreshing to know that is at least one honest company out there! I definitely recommend Royal for all your furnace needs!!!!!
Jonah came out twice to diagnose a backed up drain from my kitchen and washing machine. He was incredibly professional and informative. Really glad I called Royal and they will be my first call in the future.
