6/6/2025 - Colton, Colby and Jaxen installed a tankless water heater and garage sink. My experiences with Royal HVAC and plumbing over several years has been so positive. From their polite and responsive office staff to their qualified technicians who are on time, communicate very well, and clean up when they're done. Very professional and courteous. Their work is top-notch. I have not had a negative experience with this company at all, and I have used them for several different jobs. Outstanding once again!

Sales team was responsive and adjusted their quote to my needs. I chose them after receiving 7+ quotes from different HVAC companies. Devin and Trevor did a great job installing a furnace, waterheater, and AC all in one work day. The install team solved all issues associated with my older home, they were kind and polite. They went the extra mile and removed an old water heater that was unused and sitting the basement for years. Would recommend you chose these guys.

Entire HVAC replacement by Royal Plumbing and HVAC. We purchased a Daikin Heat Pump. Professional work by Devin, Trevor and James. Shout out to Geoff who sold us on the system, very patient with 1,000 questions to just him. Start to finish they were respectful, courteous and patient with our questions. They cleaned up after themselves like they weren't here at all. We've been loyal customers of Royal since June of 2023. Every experience with toilet installation, rerouting plumbing to swap the side the garbage disposal goes on, put device on our 16 yr old a/c which saved us at least 15% on our electric bill, to reinstalling the kitchen sink after new counters were installed and now the whole HVAC system. Every employee has been top notch.

Jonah was awesome! He was super nice, clean, and professional the whole time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and working perfectly. It's so nice to have someone who actually cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend Jonah if you need a reliable plumber!
