Called Royal when our 23 year old boiler/water heater was on the fritz yet again. Victor and Phil came out and explained all of our options. We decided to replace the system with a new combi-boiler and tankless water heater. Bryton and his team removed our old system and installed the new one. It was a big job. They had us back with hot water in 24 hours and finished the next business day. Bryson's detail and thoroughness was impressive. He went over the entire system after install so we would understand how everything functions. There was a miscommunication that Phil did not hesitate to make right. It is nice when a company actually does what it says it will. We will be calling Royal for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.
