Where to start?
First off we would like to thank Ty, who did the initial service call and provided helpful information on our older systems, Chris T., who provided quotes with several options to replace / upgrade our HVAC system, James & Arturo, who installed the HVAC system, Bryton & Trevor, who installed the steam humidifier system, Phil G., who provided a quote for a new tankless water heater w/ water softener system, Bryton & Trevor who installed the new plumbing system and the office staff who kept us updated on arrival times and the installers assigned.
An amazing and professional team that sets what the industry standard should be.
Being new to the area we had looked at a few of the local Plumbing / HVAC companies to come by and provide estimates to replace our aging systems, but we felt most comfortable with Royal and are very pleased with our choice.
It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and we look forward to Royal taking care of our home's future needs.

I had a great experience with Royal Plumbing HVAC! They were fast, professional, and explained everything clearly. My AC unit was making strange noises, and their technician diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Super friendly service, fair pricing, and they really know their stuff when it comes to heating and cooling systems. Isaac Peterson was dispatched to my home yesterday to assess why my water heater kept flipping. He found the issue and remedied it. He had to return again for another issue on my water heater and dispatched the next day. Isaac did a great job, was prompt, answered all my questions and he was so very polite.
Phil Gold came with Isaac to assist and they replaced a component, saved me on costs and did a great and excellent job!

Hello, I hope this is the right spot to leave a review, the bar code on the card didn't work, so I just went straight to Google.
I wanted to leave a good review for the whole team that came to my house on July 2nd, 2025 to install a new A/C, tankless water heater, and new duct work to help the air flow. The whole team was nice, professional, and work focused. It was a very hot day and they stayed on task. They worked well with each other and worked for over 9 hours on this project and cleaned up everything, left no trace of debris. They even cleaned up and tidied cables that were in a big bundle on the floor in the utility room. They utilized the space way better and cleaned it up very well. And everything they did was exactly on point with what I was told when I got the job estimate. So their communication with each other is very on point. Throughout the project, I was told what they were doing and didn't seem bothered whenever I poked my head in to see what was going on. Thank you to the crew that came out: Bryton, Devin, Corbin, Trevor and Jace. And special thank you to Geoff for the professionalism and communication with the crew.
