Its a day before the 4th of July, and they were able to get me an install same day. Very thankful to not have to wait a couple of days to have hot water again.

They came into our house, introduced them selves, asked if I had any questions, and then went to work. They worked nonstop until the job was done. When they were done they asked if I had any questions, cleaned up., and took the garbage and headed out.
I couldn't have asked for better.

Corbin, Bryton, Darwin and Jace installed a new water heater, heat pump and furnace. They were respectful and I was impressed with how they worked together and taught each other and some of them were training. They explained everything well at the end before they left, which was helpful for a whole new system. When we had an issue a few days later the company was quick to resolve it and ensure we had a great experiance!
What a great experience, I called them on Friday to get pricing on a water softener. Early Friday afternoon Taylor was at my house and provided a quick well priced estimate. First thing this morning two servicemen were at my house to install a new Water Softener. Start to finish took about an hour. Ammon and Dahrius were friendly and professional. This is exactly why I prefer to do business with locally owned businesses. I can strongly recommend Royal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. For good pricing, friendly and professional service.

We added A/C to a 25yr old home. The initial crew who came out to give us a quote were polite, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. They gave us a very competitive quote (we had multiple quotes) and seemed to have the best plan moving forward.
The installation crew, Bryton and Darwin were fantastic. They did an outstanding job, replacing our old furnace while adding the new A/C.
Bryton also took as much time as I needed to explain how to operate the new system which included a new smart thermostat and phone app.
I'd definitely recommend Royal to anyone needing HVAC work.
