I had a service issue due to a pinhole leak in my copper pipe, and Jonah came out to take care of it. He did an outstanding job! The quality of his work was excellent, and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I'm extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend Jonah and this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.
Called Royal when our 23 year old boiler/water heater was on the fritz yet again. Victor and Phil came out and explained all of our options. We decided to replace the system with a new combi-boiler and tankless water heater. Bryton and his team removed our old system and installed the new one. It was a big job. They had us back with hot water in 24 hours and finished the next business day. Bryson's detail and thoroughness was impressive. He went over the entire system after install so we would understand how everything functions. There was a miscommunication that Phil did not hesitate to make right. It is nice when a company actually does what it says it will. We will be calling Royal for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.

We recently moved into a new home and needed a gas line installed for our new oven and range. Since we weren't familiar with local businesses yet, we searched online and came across Royal Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.
Geoff came out the very next morning to assess the project and walked us through our options. He provided a clear, competitive quote, and we decided to move forward. The installation was scheduled right away, and Corbin and Jayce arrived promptly the following morning.
They did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and courteous. As with most installs, there were a few small adjustments needed along the way, but they handled everything smoothly. By the end of the visit, the range was installed and working perfectly.
