This company is great to work with from the lady Christine who helped me get an appointment scheduled with my hectic work schedule and to the tech that cam out and got all the work done in a timely manner.

Excellent service and very knowledgable. Geoffrey came out to assess why our air conditioner kept freezing. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. Devin, Corbin, and Trevor came out to install a new filter system and they did an excellent job. They were professional, quick, friendly and very reasonably priced. Five stars!!

Our technicians were Bryton, Jake, Trevor, Arturo, and Corbin. Now I'll tell you why these guys are amazing.
Our AC stopped working and they were able to check it out the same day that we called. As luck would have it, our system was super old and had more than one problem so it needed replacing. They were kind enough to give us a temporary fix so we had some cold air before our install date three days later.
Day of the install they arrived at 8am and these wonderful gentlemen didn't wrap up work until 9:30pm, to no fault of their own. Our furnace was in an inconvenient location so they took the time to make it easier to access which required removing several doors that were in the way (but they put them back when they were done!) and they adjusted all the vents/pipe connections for the AC to work more efficiently. There was also an issue with the wiring to the new thermostat which caused delays, but they were determined to get our AC properly installed before the end of the day and they succeeded!
For us they installed a smart thermostat, a new furnace, a new fan box thing outside, plus an expansion tank. It's only been one night with the new AC but we can already feel the difference all throughout the house, they really hooked us up with some top-of-the-line equipment.
We're so happy that we called Royal Plumbing! The guys on the job were super friendly, professional, and they did an outstanding job. We're so grateful that they were willing to stay until the work was done. Just a really fantastic experience overall. 10/10
