James and Arturo did an amazing job installing my furnace. They were very friendly and very professional. They set good expectations and explained what they were going to do and what they did do.
Jaxon was on time, very polite and professional. His coworker Rowdy also did a good job and Jaxon ensured everything was completed correctly. There was a lot of work for two of them and they got it done in a timely manner and went over everything with us to make sure we understood what had been done.
The team that installed our new AC/Furnace were great (Bryton, Trevor and Jayce). They came in, did their work, and did an amazing job explaining the features of our new equipment. The whole process was seamless and they guys left the place cleaner than when they got here. Great working with you guys.
We had Royal Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning install our new high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner, and they did an exceptional job! Devin and Darwin worked incredibly hard in the 92 degree heat ( 135 degrees in my attic ) installing my new AC/Furnace, they did an amazing job. Both were super friendly, polite and accommodating.

Colton and his manager attended our property for a blocked sewer line. Turned out our old Ogden house had an invasion of roots that had also caused a collapse in the main sewer pipe out to the city main. Hooray for ancient terra cotta pipes!
Both of these gentlemen worked super hard and got the problem diagnosed and cleaned out as best they could to keep us running in the mean time, and the crew is coming back tomorrow to replace the broken section of line and re-sleeve the whole run out to the city main. Their communication was fantastic, they made sure to show us the results of the video scope of our line and explained everything along the way, including our repair and finance options.
Thank you very much, guys! Your diligence and hard work is VERY much appreciated in what has been a stressful time for us.
