Bryton and Trevor set up our new AC system. They did a great job and were quick and clean.
My house is now 20 years old and needing a bunch of work on the plumbing. I ended up talking to Phillip about some of my options. He was able to give me some great suggestions about everything we need to do to make some necessary repairs, upgrades, and even a bit of new construction in our basement. He took the time to ask me clarifying questions so he could make sure all of my needs were addressed. Absolutely the most thorough discussion I've ever had with a contractor. We have had great service from Royal in the past with our HVAC needs and their plumbing side looks to be just as top notch. I feel like Phillip is an old friend after talking to him. It's nice to get that kind of service in the consultation phase of our project, especially in a world where nobody rides for free.
James did an excellent job with the tankless water heater, furnace, our A/C. James was very polite, informative about everything he had to do concerning his job. He took his time to make very sure everything was working in proper order. He also was considerate of our house. He cleaned up after his self as well very respectful. We're glad you sent James. Thank you for your service.
Bryton & Trevor removed old furnace/AC units and installed new Daikin NG 97% furnace and Dual Fuel Heat Pump. Excellent team work, very efficient/fast, quiet. Removed all debris and left house clean. Good teachers and demo'd new system well. Thanks from a retired Mechanical Engineer

We knew we would have to replace the water heater in our home this year but weren't thinking quite so early..such is life. I'm glad we called Royal Plumbing though! Phil was timely, efficient, and very friendly. He helped us install a tankless water heater in our home and we were so happy not to have gone without hot water for long, especially with two kids in February!
Thomas came through for us with our water heater and water softener needs. We felt that he was very transparent and honest with us and with our needs.
This is our 3rd time using Royal, they are INCREDIBLE. We got an AC system for 1/2 the price of 3 other quotes from 3 other companies. They are an honest and hard working local company. We had our ducts replaced, they swept the whole basement and got rid of trash that was in the crawl space that we couldn't reach. Talk about going above and beyond! What we were quoted was what we paid, no added fees. We asked them to come get a quote on Thursday, they came out Friday and fixed it on Monday. Fast, reliable service from honorable people. I also love that before your appointment you get a text and/or call with the name and picture of the technician coming to service your house! Will be coming back again and again
