Their customer service is great, they came out to our home twice in one day, Tyler and Colton were extremely nice and got right to work, they explained to us when there was an issue and what our options were, they finished in a timely manner. I have not had a bad experience ever with this company and will continue to use them. Just had Isaac come out for a new issue and he was absolutely wonderful. It's now 5 years later and I still love this company. Devin, James, and Darwin installed our new furnace and air conditioner and water softener today, they were absolutely awesome. They got right to work and got things done. Very pleasant to have in my home.
Colton did a great job of explaining things and laying out options. Very professional.
No one likes water damage. But I do know when I call Royal Plumbing they will be fast and efficient. Thomas and Jayden were kind and thorough in helping get the leak stopped and came up with a game plan. Bryton and Trevor worked hard getting out the old damaged water heater and installing a tankless one. The team has all been great with communication as well.

Jaxen has been nothing but professional while here! He takes the time to answer all my questions and has had good communication throughout the process. He is respectful and patient - especially with my kids who kept asking him 5 million questions about what he was doing.
Hey I love the service provided by Royal they were at my house within 3 hours of the call Colton my tech was a stud, five stars for the employee five stars for the company.. a little disclosure as far as the price I have no idea cuz I only had theirs but the service the promptness the professionalism was absolutely wonderful. I so believe in doing business with local people and referrals only so they got five stars on both thank you so much... I will add a little note they sent me this link to share my experience but then some damn thing pooped up and ask if I would like to tip him.... I didn't mind paying $300 something for the great service but less I'm in a bar or restaurant I don't tip and I thought that was kind of weird but I love the company I love Cole, just not begging for a tip or even asking for it I thought $300 was fair for an hour and a half job...
Friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended a solution to the problem and made it seem easy to accomplish because he knows what he's doing. I'm using him when the time comes for the work.
Bryton, Corbin, Landon, were at our home today, installing my new furnace and heat pump and A/C. They were so amazing and helpful that they are coming back tomorrow to put in a new tankless hot water heater and humidifier for the furnace as well! So friendly and knowledgeable, I am so glad that they came and put their everything into even the smallest detail of making the wires and cables nice neat and tidy.
Have had the previously mentioned gentleman back along with 2 others the next day, to put in tankless water heater, and remove a water softener and 2 utility sinks.Did an amazing job!
3/17 Ammon and Matthew changed out my 3 outdoor faucets, no more leaks, no more water not coming out of one of them. It's going to be amazing this summer.
Colton did a great job fixing our problem. It was not strait forward and required a lot of thought to come up with a process to solve our plumbing issue. He was very professional and diligent. We could not be happier with his knowledge skill and service!
