KRU G came to our home this morning and put in a new water heater!! Thank goodness because it was so old it was getting to a dangerous point!! He was very kind and clean up was fantastic!! Super great experience with Royal HVAC! I got the chance to meet Darwin and James, they were super helpful in answering any questions I had. I definitely recommend these two for any HVAC needs and I plan on calling back for future tune ups.
Colton did a great job and thoroughly explained the problem and proposed solution to me. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Colton came to look at our water softener that did not work & our leaking water heater. There were so many issues with how both had been installed. The qater softener is only 6 months old & has never worked.
Colton explained clearly what our issues were & had Phil come up to see the mess we had been left with.
By the next morning, we had 2 old water heaters replaced with a tankless water heater with a very good & long warranty & our water softener that had also been installed very poorly by another company is now working.
I have very little faith in many sub contractors from such poor or dishonest work over the last 4 years but I highly recommend Colton & Phil at Royal Plumbing!!

Bryton and Trevor set up our new AC system. They did a great job and were quick and clean.
My house is now 20 years old and needing a bunch of work on the plumbing. I ended up talking to Phillip about some of my options. He was able to give me some great suggestions about everything we need to do to make some necessary repairs, upgrades, and even a bit of new construction in our basement. He took the time to ask me clarifying questions so he could make sure all of my needs were addressed. Absolutely the most thorough discussion I've ever had with a contractor. We have had great service from Royal in the past with our HVAC needs and their plumbing side looks to be just as top notch. I feel like Phillip is an old friend after talking to him. It's nice to get that kind of service in the consultation phase of our project, especially in a world where nobody rides for free.
James did an excellent job with the tankless water heater, furnace, our A/C. James was very polite, informative about everything he had to do concerning his job. He took his time to make very sure everything was working in proper order. He also was considerate of our house. He cleaned up after his self as well very respectful. We're glad you sent James. Thank you for your service.
