Bryton, James, Corbin and Landon were exceptional. It was a really tough job and required problem solving and speed. That were a true dream team and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
James and Corbin came to our rescue and installed our new furnace and AC. Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and they came the very next day and got us all set up. They worked hard and efficiently. They were kind and professional. They even gave our dogs some pets. We would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone. Our HVAC heroes!

My water heater went out and I couldn't get an appointment till Monday. Being it was Saturday I called the on call number and they got me in touch with Phil. He was not on call but said he'd come if no one else could come in. He did come over after a couple hours and was able to tell me what was wrong and why it happened. The tank was under warranty so he was able to go pick up and replace the parts for me and got me back up and running in no time. He didn't have to show up but he did and it was much appreciated especially being the weekend and cold. I Have taken my nice hot shower and will be looking to replace my HVAC system soon as well. Thanks Phil!!! 10/10 would recommend.
We had Royal install/replace our furnace, thermostat, and outdoor unit (Heat pump condenser). The work was done by Colton and Jake V. They were very knowledgeable and did the work quickly. We are happy with the product and service that Royal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning provided.
We got a very good price on replacing both our furnace and AC at the same time. Our technicians, Bryton and James, were very friendly and considerate.
This co.pany is great. They had James and Trevor out the next day to replace our heater on the coldest day of the year. They stayed to ensure we understood the whole system. This is really an awesome tea.
