I had a great experience with Royal Plumbing HVAC! They were fast, professional, and explained everything clearly. My AC unit was making strange noises, and their technician diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Isaac Peterson was dispatched to my home yesterday to assess why my water heater kept flipping. He found the issue and remedied it. He had to return again for another issue on my water heater and dispatched the next day. Isaac did a great job, was prompt, answered all my questions and he was so very polite.
Phil Gold came with Isaac to assist and they replaced a component, saved me on costs and did a great and excellent job!

Hello, I hope this is the right spot to leave a review, the bar code on the card didn't work, so I just went straight to Google.
I wanted to leave a good review for the whole team that came to my house on July 2nd, 2025 to install a new A/C, tankless water heater, and new duct work to help the air flow. The whole team was nice, professional, and work focused. It was a very hot day and they stayed on task. They worked well with each other and worked for over 9 hours on this project and cleaned up everything, left no trace of debris. They even cleaned up and tidied cables that were in a big bundle on the floor in the utility room. They utilized the space way better and cleaned it up very well. And everything they did was exactly on point with what I was told when I got the job estimate. So their communication with each other is very on point. Throughout the project, I was told what they were doing and didn't seem bothered whenever I poked my head in to see what was going on. Thank you to the crew that came out: Bryton, Devin, Corbin, Trevor and Jace. And special thank you to Geoff for the professionalism and communication with the crew.
Colton was very professional and great at helping me understand all my options. Just the right amount of sales pressure. Let's hope the install of my new hot water heater goes well ????
Its a day before the 4th of July, and they were able to get me an install same day. Very thankful to not have to wait a couple of days to have hot water again.
Fantastic, Jaxen and his team were the best.
They came into our house, introduced them selves, asked if I had any questions, and then went to work. They worked nonstop until the job was done. When they were done they asked if I had any questions, cleaned up., and took the garbage and headed out.
I couldn't have asked for better.

Colton with Royal Plumbing was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He taught us a lot about our tankless water heater and water softener. Very happy with him and Royal Plumbing! Highly recommend!
Corbin, Bryton, Darwin and Jace installed a new water heater, heat pump and furnace. They were respectful and I was impressed with how they worked together and taught each other and some of them were training. They explained everything well at the end before they left, which was helpful for a whole new system. When we had an issue a few days later the company was quick to resolve it and ensure we had a great experiance!
What a great experience, I called them on Friday to get pricing on a water softener. Early Friday afternoon Taylor was at my house and provided a quick well priced estimate. First thing this morning two servicemen were at my house to install a new Water Softener. Start to finish took about an hour. Ammon and Dahrius were friendly and professional. This is exactly why I prefer to do business with locally owned businesses. I can strongly recommend Royal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. For good pricing, friendly and professional service.
