Jonah came out for a small issue and was great to work with. I'll always call Royal for any plumbing needs that come up.
Tyler did an excellent job and went the extra Mile by fixing my fireplace blower so it would stay on instead of cycling. Saved me another service call from another company. We've had positive experiences with Royal Plumbing.
Had a tankless water heater installed and it was a great process start to finish. Taylor was fast getting a quote put together and easy to talk with. Bryton and Devin were very professional during the install and were helpful and patient with all the questions I had. It was not a straightforward job being in a small, older home but they made some great improvements and upgrades where needed. A little more expensive than some other quotes I had, but would not hesitate hiring them for a future job. Very pleased with the end result and confident in the quality of work done.
Our tech, Tyler, showed up within the time frame, was respectful to my spouse, and did his job well. He even fixed a connection on the switch of our ceiling fan that he noticed wasn't fully commected.
I am pretty happy with Royal, and I expect I will be using them for furnace maintenance in the future.
