Thomas was great. They sent him up all the way to Evanston on short notice and he stuck around despite the fix being more complex than anticipated. Fantastic service.
Had such a great experience with Royal! Bryan was super friendly and knowledgeable at our first meeting. You can tell he loves his job! We got a new furnace and a/c installed and the team that came was so awesome! Kaiden, James, Corbin and Nate all did a phenomenal job all day long. They worked hard, they were super nice and respectful of our home and they explained everything really well. They took good care of us. Super impressed. Thanks Royal!

The service from Royal was amazing, very kind, thoughtful, professional, and the work they did was exceptional. They were very clean and respectful to the property, and left the ac unit looking way better than it was before! I would recommend these guys, hands down every time! Thank you Bryton and Devin for being so courteous and doing an awesome job on our new ac. The management at Royal was also top notch, they are very thoughtful and honest working people. We were in need of help with our toilet being clogged as our boys flushed down 10 train down our toilet! Thomas came to our house same day and helped us figure out what we were up against. Ended up needing to replace the toilet all together. Thomas was super friendly and helped us solve this issue quickly. He also fixed a few other minor issues we've needed to repair. Really appreciate his help!
Nathan from Royal Plumbing and Heating came to our house to clean and inspect our 2 gas fireplaces. He was friendly and did a great job! We would definitely recommend him and Royal Plumbing and Heating.
