What a darling human! Jonah was knowledgeable, personable, and just a joy to talk with. He explained everything to the best of his ability and after we got the service started, he worked hard to be accurate and used his time well.

We had Thomas Brown from Royal Plumbing out to take care of a plumbing issue we had. I was going to do it but my wife did not want to hear me revert to my old sailor language so I called Royal because they've done excellent work for us before … it was a good and wise choice. Thomas came out and he was absolutely delightful to have here and he did a great job. He was professional and friendly. He communicated very well what needed to be done and then took care of it. We would definitely want him back when we need another job.
Landon was prompt, friendly, and communicated with us every step of the process. When we needed to double-check on the footing, he was very patient. Highly recommend him and the company!
Landon, came out to my home to complete a standard seasonal maintenance. From his report he didn't tune up anything but inspected all (3) and drained my water heater. Letting me know there wasn't any sediment built up.
He was polite, and completed his tasks within 45 minutes. My furnace is a York, my AC a Coleman and I'm not sure of the brand on my waterheater.
I am appreciative to his company for what he was able to do.
