Our technician Landon was very knowledgeable and professional. He didn't try and push me into add on services that I didn't want. The membership for tuneups was explained in simple terms. His service was timely and his checks on our system was explained in detail.
I've had Royal come service my HVAC system a few times and they are always timely, communicate well and and do solid work.
I have recently been having a lot of issues with a thermostat. Had Tyler out here and he did a thorough diagnosis of issues, and serviced my A/C. He also explained a couple things I can do for simple maintenance that will help things run more efficiently and save time and money.
Unfortunately the thermostat is still having issues, but sounds like it should be replaced on warranty.
Jacob, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone at Royal has been very helpful, and their work is very good and professional.

The The Royal Plumbing team for HVAC were great our air conditioners working great now and everything's going well. We use Royal Plumbing for all our plumbing needs from HVAC to cleaning out the sewers. They have a great working team for all aspects of Plumbing. Excellent work ethic and attendance being on time cleaning up anything that they do it done well.
