There aren't enough stars to express my gratitude for my tech Jacob and Royal Plumbing . On Sunday, our AC stopped working, and we called a family friend, trusting his honesty and expertise. He claimed our system had multiple issues, including seized motors and leaks, and insisted we needed a completely new air conditioner. He also said this would necessitate a whole new HVAC system, which would cost thousands of dollars.
Wanting a second opinion, in a last stitch effort to save money I called Royal Plumbing, who sent Jacob to our house the same day. Without mentioning our friend's diagnosis, I let Jacob inspect the system. Shortly after, he informed me that all we needed was a simple capacitor, costing only a few hundred dollars. He replaced the part, and our system was running perfectly again.
Jacob and Royal Plumbing saved my family thousands of dollars during a financially difficult time. I deeply appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and prompt response. Now, I face the awkward task of discussing this with my friend. Thank you all, for your integrity and excellent service.

Kaiden and Corbin were great to work with! They were Very professional and took the time to explain and answer all of our questions.
Seemed expensive. On the phone, said $79 was the minimum but turned out that the first thing they almost always try on a plugged kitchen drain, chemicals, is about $450. It seems disingenuous to not indicate that if they did anything, it would likely be $450. They found a drain air vent problem and I appreciate that they found it because it was less common but most of the problem in my case. Total bill was $650. I want to give them credit for being timely and working me into their schedule. That was very helpful with the weekend upon us. The tech, Colton, made it as good an experience as possible. Am giving 5 stars because of their timeliness, their technician, and fixing two problems. Thank you!

What a darling human! Jonah was knowledgeable, personable, and just a joy to talk with. He explained everything to the best of his ability and after we got the service started, he worked hard to be accurate and used his time well.
