The technician named Landon came to my house today due to some issues I was having with the AC system. He did preliminary checks. He explained everything to me. We talked about a service plan, which I actually bought and he is probably one of the best technicians I've ever had Come to my house and do work. I would highly suggest heating and plumbing and specifically Landon for new needs

Jacob was awesome! I called him on a Saturday evening at 7:39pm. It was for my elderly mother whose air conditioner was running hot 85 degrees. At 7:44 he txt me that he was on the way and by 8:45 her air conditioner was fixed. I can't say enough about how professional he was and so kind to my mother. He was a life saver. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and jacob.I have saved his information in case I ever need him myself.
