Bryton Kaiden and Devin did an awesome job replacing my old broke hvac with a new heat pump system, showed me all the features at the units inside and outside and set me up with the app for the thermostat. I would highly recommend these guys and Royal Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Royal has been the only honest HVAC company i've dealt with. The work was done properly and efficiently. Tyler was our tech and he was awesome. he also went out of his way to tighten up some loose ends that were left by the scabby company that installed our system. i would recommend royal without hesitation.
We have a pretty unique system with 4 ac units in a row. Jacob figured out our problems quickly, and now our house is running perfectly.

Royal plumbing heating and air has been amazing. Taylor was the sales agent and was absolutely awesome to work with answered all my questions and even followed up. Kris came out for the install and was amazing. Bryton and Landon came and finished up. They answered all our questions and went over the install and very nice to work with. They all deserve 5 stars. Great company and great price.

There aren't enough stars to express my gratitude for my tech Jacob and Royal Plumbing . On Sunday, our AC stopped working, and we called a family friend, trusting his honesty and expertise. He claimed our system had multiple issues, including seized motors and leaks, and insisted we needed a completely new air conditioner. He also said this would necessitate a whole new HVAC system, which would cost thousands of dollars.
Wanting a second opinion, in a last stitch effort to save money I called Royal Plumbing, who sent Jacob to our house the same day. Without mentioning our friend's diagnosis, I let Jacob inspect the system. Shortly after, he informed me that all we needed was a simple capacitor, costing only a few hundred dollars. He replaced the part, and our system was running perfectly again.
Jacob and Royal Plumbing saved my family thousands of dollars during a financially difficult time. I deeply appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and prompt response. Now, I face the awkward task of discussing this with my friend. Thank you all, for your integrity and excellent service.
