Tyler W. arrived at our house and quickly diagnosed the issue with our heat pump. He got the AC working quickly again! He was friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions.
Jonah was awesome!! Answered ALL my questions (which weren't few ????) he made sure I fully understood everything and I felt like he was honest and thorough and did a great job! We love our guys at Royal!
Jonah was great. He went through and covered in detail ALL plumbing in the residence, explained in great detail in a way I understood, used his vacuum often (a plus), did the installs expertly, no leaks, made recommendations of improvements to our system, had a cheerful and engaging attitude and left the workplace clean.
He deserves a $50 tip imo!

Colton was very nice and knowledgeable. He did an inspection and was very thorough.
I needed a job done quickly and Royal plumbing was very accommodating. Jaxon did our install and was quick and polite and did a great job. I'm really happy with the work done.
Great service, Tyler and Jacob found and fixed the problem quickly and they didn't try to push unneeded services.
Kaiden did a great job! As well as his assistant. I'm having a hard time remembering his name but he was awesome as well! They went over different things that were a possible concern to us. They also got the job done and it looks great ... They even cleaned up my basement area better than it was when they came. Highly recommended!
The employees that came to my house were so friendly and able to help and explain everything to me. Great to work with.
