The service from Royal was amazing, very kind, thoughtful, professional, and the work they did was exceptional. They were very clean and respectful to the property, and left the ac unit looking way better than it was before! I would recommend these guys, hands down every time! Thank you Bryton and Devin for being so courteous and doing an awesome job on our new ac. The management at Royal was also top notch, they are very thoughtful and honest working people. We were in need of help with our toilet being clogged as our boys flushed down 10 train down our toilet! Thomas came to our house same day and helped us figure out what we were up against. Ended up needing to replace the toilet all together. Thomas was super friendly and helped us solve this issue quickly. He also fixed a few other minor issues we've needed to repair. Really appreciate his help!
Nathan from Royal Plumbing and Heating came to our house to clean and inspect our 2 gas fireplaces. He was friendly and did a great job! We would definitely recommend him and Royal Plumbing and Heating.

Customer service is top notch. The Royal team installed our unconventional commercial rated heat pump, they quoted us 1/3 the price of competitors and actually had the know-how in setting the system up the right way.
A few issues arose with the equipment (not the install) and the Royal team was extremely responsive and quick to see that the problem was fully resolved even when it involved multiple visits.
They are now my go to for any HVAC or plumbing needs.
Colton was great! He was prompt and friendly. He answered all my questions. A pleasure to have in our home and solve our plumbing problem. He's a great asset to Royal.
