We had an excellent experience with Royal Plumbing, thanks to Bryton. From the start, he was responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. What stood out most was that he didn't just treat the symptom of the issue, he took the time to investigate and address the root cause.

He also identified additional factors involving our floor heating system and water softener that could have contributed to the problem, which we truly appreciated.

My furnace stopped working so I called Royal. They sent Rodolfo and he was great! He fixed the problem and noticed other things that weren't up to code. I just bought this new house in the fall and the manager said it passed inspection. I'm not sure how! Rodolfo was friendly, professional and educated. He knew exactly what he was doing.
